Close to the airport , the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Service at check-in was friendly enough, but they made a big deal about not being able to speak English, which was unnecessary and embarrassing. Facilities are limited, the restaurant operates at breakfast only, and the selection was meager. All food and drinks were the same temperature and no tea or coffehe available. The surrounding area is not ideal for those without a vehicle as there are only mechanics and similar enterprises to be found in the immediate surroundings. Service is the biggest issue. On check out the staff member insisted that I leave a review mentioning both himself and his colleague by name, even though they were not the staff members who helped me and answered my questions at check-in, nor was I able to read their names myself from their name tags which do not include Pin Yin. Another unnecessarily uncomfortable interaction. I suspect they don't get a lot of international guests, which seems appropriate given what is on offer.

體驗感非常好，我是凌晨落地烏市，打了司機師傅的電話後，很快就來接我了。虎師傅非常熱心，主動幫我提行李並且安排第二天的送機行程，前台小章也很親切並且服務周到。房間乾淨舒適，所有工作人員都很好很體貼，甚至是門口的安檢阿姨都會熱心幫忙，會推薦給其他朋友入住👍👍👍

冬日新疆天氣多變我們本來八點到結果半夜才到 ，在路上酒店就在電話關懷，凌晨到達之後前台小高又幫忙升級到了loft房型，還贈送了暖心早餐。第二天飛機又延誤，酒店又免費且主動幫忙延遲退房到下午三點，讓我們夫婦在跌宕的旅途中感到了温暖和安定，非常感謝，下次來烏魯木齊來新疆還要來住這間充滿人情味的酒店。

先説優點，環境非常好，花園式酒店，而且貼心的幫我們免費升級了房間成loft，新裝修，智能程度也很高。可能是因為新的關係，非常乾淨。
缺點的話，我覺得是裝修如此好的酒店，服務還有待提升吧。酒店有機場接送服務，但衹能整點接送，我們是9:40的航班，推薦給我們7:00的送機時間，着實是有點太早了，但是選擇呢其實也是自己，畢竟我們也擔心8:00的趕不及，雖然結果是二十分鐘進入了候機廳。但怎麼説，總是感覺沒有享受到送機的高質服務吧。再有就是，訂房的時候明明看中了精緻下午茶這個服務項目，結果到房間什麼都沒有，打去前台被告知因為冬天！不提供下午茶！真是很無語，理論幾句之後説稍後給送，然後就沒有然後了🤷。

酒店環境挺好，loft設計的也很不錯，房間有幫忙進行升級，小李和小陳服務很好哦，蠻熱情的。早餐的話一般般，種類稍微少了一點，本來想喝牛奶，但沒有了，也沒有人去加。其他的都還不錯，性價比可以。

樓下就是麥當勞，給我升級了個loft哈哈房間很大，衞生良好，床品舒服，早餐夠吃，這個價格相當香，送機還能省個打車錢，中轉過夜優選。前台小姑娘也很nice
